Happy New Year!

Ok, did I raise an eyebrow?

Good! That means I am being a good coach!

Here are a few coaching questions for you.

Did you make any New Year resolutions?

Yes?

How are you doing with them?

If you aren't doing so well, why don't you revisit them!

A new season is just as good as a new year.

Consider this a public service anouncement!

I've learned NOT to make New Year's resolutions, rather life changes or enhancements. It's my rebel side, once someone tells me I HAVE to do something, it's not happening. If I feel like I'm on somewhat of a spiritual journey or introspecting it's more likely to happen. (Hugs) Indigo

funny, I was just thinking about this last night; if I had kept with mine (i.e. lose weight, I'd be a few pounds skinnier by now; oh well, new month coming soon :)

I'm doing pretty well with mine. When I commit to something I don't do it lightly. How about you? Martha

This is the exact reason I didn't make any - the moment you promise yourself you'll absolutely do something, it's the first sentence in "I will break this promise" so I didn't bother.  Couldn't think of anything I needed to change that I couldn't just go out and CHANGE without making myself a rule to do it!! lol CATHY

Anytime is a good time to make a decision to change something.
Everyday is the first day of the rest of your life.
Dont get down on yourself for not reaching (or attempting) your original goal.
Dig your heels in and start today or tomorrow!
If you go astray or off track one day, dont kill yourself about it or derail COMPLETELY.... Just wipe the dust from your knees and proceed forth on your goal path.

Just some things I had to remind my Life Coaching Girlfriend here of.    (wink wink)

Love ya!
