Letter of Encouragement!

I just wanted to let you know that your letters of encouragement made it on the air this morning!  I am not certain who's they read, but, they did note them and Glenn sounded encouraged.  Thank you all for helping me with this project.

It is one I am deeply committed to.  I am not one to fault anyone for their vices.  God knows I have enough of them.  However when someone wishes to make a healthier choice for themselves I am all for supporting them and encouraging them.

Giving up smoking is a cause that is close to my heart because it has killed three members of my family.  If I can help any other family avoid such and experience I will do so.

I'm glad he took the letters seriously...it's a serious subject.  I lost my mom to lung cancer though she never ever smoked.

Sorry you had losses too..

I'm glad he got (and read) the emails.  It never hurts to know people are behind your efforts.  We are supposed to get some actual snow this evening.  Maybe 2 or 3 inches.  We are all so excited.  I hope the weather lady is right for a change.

Oh, that is so great! I wish I could have heard the mails they read on the air.
But that is okay, as long as Glenn knows people do care and that he is not alone in this. I enjoyed sending him supportive thoughts and encouragement via e-mail. Awesome! I have never smoked, so I don't really know how hard it must be to quit the habit. I will pay close attention to your support toward Glenn, because I wish so much that my hubby could stop smoking too. Maybe I can get some tips that way and slip them in, here and there ..... LOL........Hugs, Maria

a doctor I used to type for said that giving up smoking was the best gift a person could give their body; so glad Glenn's deciding to give himself that gift; I read a comment from someone right below me, guess you are a guest editor's pick; congrats!!!
